There is an undeniable charm to its smaller proportions. The familiar silhouette of a martini glass, beautifully reduced, offers a different way to approach the classic cocktail.

With First Pour, we bring this idea to life through the Palmaráe Golden Martini, a serve that places our distinctive golden gin at its heart.

Inspired by Marrakech and distilled in Cognac, Palmaráe brings together 19 botanicals, including orange blossom, mandarin, Moroccan mint and Atlas fleur de sel. A cold infusion of Medjool dates lends the gin its natural golden hue, rounded character and distinctive depth.

The result is a martini that offers something a little unexpected while remaining true to the simplicity of the original.
