This October marks a new chapter for Palmaráe with the introduction of our 20cl Golden Gin Premier Cru.

To celebrate the launch, we took over House of Decant in London on 8 October, bringing together friends of the brand, industry tastemakers and some of our favourite bartenders for an evening of cocktails and conversation.

 

 

A New Addition to the Collection

The new 20cl brings our signature golden gin into a smaller format, offering a new way to discover, enjoy and gift Palmaráe.

Inspired by Marrakech and distilled in Cognac, France, Palmaráe Golden Gin Premier Cru combines 19 botanicals, including Medjool dates, mandarin, orange blossom, Moroccan mint and Atlas fleur de sel.

Our signature Medjool date infusion gives the gin its distinctive golden colour and rounded character. The same liquid, now in a more versatile size.

Arriving ahead of the festive season, the 20cl is a natural addition to the gifting collection, equally suited to discovering Palmaráe for the first time or bringing something different to the table.

An Evening at House of Decant

For the launch, we invited 3 bartenders from the Palmaráe circle to create their own interpretations of our golden gin.

The evening's cocktail menu featured:

Palmier Picante - House of Louie
A combination of Palmaráe Golden Gin, apricot, clarified lime, agave and jalapeño, finished with a torched padrón pepper.

Smoked Martini - Sketch Mayfair
A distinctive interpretation of the classic Martini.

Tangerine Tango - Isabel Mayfair
A citrus-led cocktail highlighting a different side of Palmaráe.

Each serve offered a different perspective on the liquid, from the bright and refreshing to the more complex and unexpected.

It was a pleasure to share the evening with familiar faces and new introductions, and to see the creativity of London's bartending community bring the new format to life.

The launch at House of Decant marks the beginning of a new chapter for Palmaráe, with the 20cl opening up fresh opportunities across gifting, hosting and the wider hospitality world.
