A Paloma, but fresher and richer. The Palm-Paloma makes the iconic summer cocktail a little fresher and richer. Our Orange Blossom and Mandarin mingle with the grapefruit soda, whist our subtle date sweetness adds true depth of flavour.
ingredients
- 50 ml PALMARÁE golden gin premier cru
- 25 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 50 ml Grapefruit soda
- 12.5 ml Lime juice
- 7.5 ml Agave nectar
- Ice cubes
- Optional: grapefruit wedge and/or pink salt
directions
Garnish first. Wet half the rim of the glass and dab it in the pink salt and/or add a grapefruit wedge.
Add all the ingredients to the glass, stir lightly, add ice to fill the glass.
