Picante & Paloma

Tequila & Gin. The Origins.

The origin of gin can be traced back to the Middle Ages, appearing around the 11th century, prized for it's unique medicinal properties.

Gin's sun-kissed cousin, Tequila, was born in the 16th century when the Spanish arrived in Mexico and began distilling agave, with the first official distillery established in 1758.

Gin's diverse botanical flavours offer a wider taste range than tequila's agave-focused profile. Derived from agave, Tequila contains natural sugars, more calories & higher levels of congeners (which contribute to hangovers).

THE PICANTE.

...also knows as a Spicy Margarita!

Our signature serve, the Mash Mash Picante showcases the craft & quality of PALMARÁE with our sun-kissed botanicals. Step up from a typical Tequila picante with our apricot remix.
